With the release of PrinterOn Enterprise Edition 3.1, the PrinterOn mobile apps now support remote configuration using existing MDM/MAM provided tools to provide a seamless app management integration. This new feature allows administrators to deploy and configure the apps for users reducing support time and end user training while increasing security.
Administrators can remotely configure settings such as:
- PrinterOn server address
- Authentication details
- Locking services to a single server
Enterprise Edition 3.1 also supports secure communication using the provided network gateway, AirWatch MAG. Administrators can limit and manage access to internal services directly from their MDM/MAM administrative tools.
